GoAlternativeFree design tools for students and teachers: Figma, Miro, Canva
Three official education plans, who qualifies, and what to prepare before you apply.
Figma: free Education plan
Students and teachers aged 13 and older can apply with a school email. Non-teaching school staff do not qualify, and the length of access depends on your role, so read the terms when you apply.
Miro: Education plan with proof of status
Miro asks for a document that proves your status, such as a school ID or a school web page that lists your position. Educators get up to 100 team members and students up to 10. There is no video chat or email support.
Canva: Education for K-12 only
Canva for Education covers eligible K-12 teachers and their students. University students are not included, so check the official page before you rely on it.
